i have never used it before, but i think i can help, so basically, what you got here are codes/numbers that determine items next to them
knowing that you can use it to cheat - using deMSwZ.exe
open it, and you'll see "Item# [empty box] Decode"
before you start, you have to select the file with which you'll play...
MAKE BACKUP before you do anything!
select Item.wz and insert number for lets say Lion's Fang, which is 1402031
and decode it, after that save it!
you should see the effect in the game
