Exclamation help plz?!?

umm i seem to hav this so called "antivivus xp 2008" taking over my comp i think it is a virus of some sort as i did not down load it and it has attached its self to multiple files. also i cannot use the restore points for roll back.. every time i kill the process and look for it it dosnt exist but when i restart it is the first thing to pop up... it also replaced my backround pic with a anoying blue colour.
any ideas of what i shoud do?
i have spybot and nod 32. are there any better programs i can use to clean these?
any advice would be appreciated

I've had that before and well, spybot removed it but you could try using Avast AntiVirus, just note that you should only use one anti virus at a time or they have conflicts with the other. If that does not work, Download a copy of SUPERAntiVirusSpyware, scan, remove any infected files, then remove the program also.

Did you download Avast and Spybot and do complete scans on each? Make sure to look at your Processes running in the background and end them before you scan.
