What kind of diet plans or diet pills really work to lose weight?

I am searching comments on diet approaches that can help burn fat fast.

Love to hear your opinions on diet pills? What works? What not works?

I personally don't think that any dietary pills work, although I've never used any, I prefer exercise and Healthy eating to keep in shape.
