Did you extract the file? Right click the zip and hit extract. Do not change the file extension. Lolz.

well if i ddidnt change the file extension it shows up a .php and when i try to extract when i change the extension to .zip and extract it it says there nothing there. and when i have it as .exe it show the picture you showed me but all black and little flahing blinker and it did nothing when i tried it with wc3.

Google and install WinRar. You need it to extract the file.

ok i downloaded win rar and itried after i changed it to zip file and it says there is an error with the file or it's damged?

You don't change it to a ZIP. And why is it a PHP file.
