I send my friend Minecraft as a gift on minecraft official site but when he try to receive it he did not get the gift

I am trying to redeem a Minecraft windows 10 edition key from the Mojang website.

Hold on, what's the console, game disc and Xbox Live? I'm on PC and simply purchased Minecraft with my mom's credit card then downloaded it and everything went flawless until this error appeared. I just want the game back please, I spent $51 in total
