    When is Xbox Live backwards compatibility going to get fixed. I can't connect or download...


    I have tried reset my Xbox and deleting my games. Tried upnp and Dmz and port forwarding on my router. I have also tried WiFi on my Xbox and still no luck. Any info would be appreciated.

    Backwards Compatibility Cannot Login to Xbox Live

    The problem with this troubleshooting guide is that my connection on the Xbox One is perfectly fine. My NAT Type is open, and all services are available. It's only when I load a backward compatible game and the 360 menu pops up is when I can't connect
    to Live or even download another profile.

    All my backwards compatible games have the same problem across all accounts. It's like the emulator can't even connect to internet.

    When i try to download my profile from the dashboard, it says it can't connect to xbox live. Like if the console wasn't connected at all (but it definitely is).

    Make sure you're connected to Xbox Live when you try to play, it may have to download an update for backwards compatibility for that game. You shouldn't have to be a paid subscriber to get the update.
